Order Processing Time
Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process from the time they are confirmed. During this time, we verify payment details, prepare your items, and ensure everything is ready for shipment.

We provide several shipping choices tailored to meet your requirements; Standard Ground Shipping offers an economical solution for deliveries within the contiguous United States, while Expedited Shipping provides faster delivery options for those needing their orders sooner. Each option ensures your items are delivered promptly and securely based on your preference.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.
Returns and Refunds
At The AV Market, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns, refunds, and damaged items:
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order and wish to exchange it, you may return it within 10 days of the delivery date for a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that items on sale are not eligible for refunds or store credits. A 15% restocking fee may be applicable depending on the item being returned.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@theavmarket.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your return shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, your store credit will be processed and applied to your account within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. To assist you promptly, please have your order number and photos of the damage ready when contacting us. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a store credit.
Wrong Item Shipped
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you promptly and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the incorrect item.
